Composition :
Each 1 ml contains:
Clorsulon 85 mg.
Properties:
Clorsulon is a compound belonging to the benzene sulphonamide family which is recommended for the treatment and control of adult liver flukes (Fasciola hepatica and Fasciola gigantica) in cattle .Clorsulon inhibits the enzymes implicated in the glycolytic pathway, the primary source of energy in flukes. Further investigations indicated that Clorsulon is a competitive inhibitor of 8-phosphoglycerate kinase and phospho-glyceromutase and blocks the oxidation of glucose to acetate and propionate. Clorsulon also depresses ATP levels in the fluke
Indications:
Immature and adult liver fluke (Fasciola hepatica) infestations in cattle.
Target Species:
Cattle : Beef ,Dairy, not breeding age
Dosage & route of administration:
Route of administration:
• Orally Using dose syringe, deposit drench over back of tongue
For Whole product:
• 0.8 ml of product / 10 kg.b.wt
Withdrawal Periods:
• Meat and offal: 66 days.
-Not authorized for use in animals producing milk for human consumption.
-Do not use in non-lactating dairy cows including pregnant heifers within 60 days of calving
Contra-indications:
• Do not use in cattle producing milk for human consumption.
• Do not use in non-lactating dairy cows including pregnant heifers within 60 days of calving.
• Not for use in species other than cattle as severe adverse reactions, including fatalities,may occur in dogs for example.
• Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients

•Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C .

White (HDPE) plastic bottle contains 50-100-150-250-500 & 1000 ml of product and closed by (HDPE) white plastic cap with induction seal (contain 3 layer from inside to outside : plastic film-aluminum film-carton)with an outer label
